Timothy Pychyl

Intro

An associate professor in the department of pshychology and the director of the centre for initiatives in education, Timothy Pychyl spends a lot of time researching the subject of procrastination.

The winner of "Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations Teaching "and 3M National Teaching Fellowship" awards Pychyl also received the University Medal for Distinguished Teaching.

Having delivered a collection of blog posts for Phsychology Today, Timothy decided to write his first book "Solving the Procrastination Puzzle". In this book he clearly explained the main reasons we procrastination and laid out effective strategies for eliminating this bad habit.
